The electrolytic grinding and polishing processing power can take full wave rectifier, controlled
silicon thyristor voltage regulation,after chopping with rectangular wave and pulse output,the
maximum output current is 10A,and the voltage is 0-24V,also can adopt the ordinary regulated
direct current power.
The role of the power supply liquid is very important in electrolytic grinding and polishing , it
directly affects processing quality and productivity.The power supply liquid need to be no
persecution,high processing productivity , but stray corruption and little requires .The common
salt water ,sodium chloride ,sodium nitrate etc,these single-component electrolyte are harder
to satiety the below requirements.The power suppler liquid chose per liter water dissolve 150g
sodium nitrate,50g sodium chloride.This power supply liquid is non-toxic, but when using,
should pay attention not to mix with the organic or violent vibration.
The electrode gap is the important factor affect the polishing results and polishing quality when
make the electrolytic grinding polishing,namely the abrasive highlight the height of the
conductive substrate .The electrode gap is too big, then the current density is small, the
result is not good,the appearance quality after polishing is poor.If the gap is too small,
then the electrolytic products are hard to eliminate, prone to short-circuit current, the
workpiece appearance roughness is unshapeliness after polishing. Generally the
electrode gap may take 0.1 ~ 0.25 mm.
