CNC Prototype Manufacturing
CNC Prototype manufacturing is an important link for
r&d department to test the appearance and structure
of new product. Because of fast speed and low cost, it
reduce largely the development expenses ,time, and risks
of product. CNC Prototype can meet the performance
test during product development process. When manufacturing,
customers should provide two-dimensional drawing, 3D drawings,
prototype list.
Materials of CNC Prototype Manufacturing
1. Conventional CNC prototype. This kind of prototype usually
made by ABS, because it is easy to process and post-processing
of prototype will be much pretty.
2. CNC prototype of heat resistance. There are many materials
which can be chose such as epoxy resin, Bakelite,black PC
and PA. Except black PC can be spliced, the other three should
be processed entirely.
3. CNC prototype of abrasive resistance. There are two
materials--POM and PA. The prototype made in these two
material should be processed entirely.
4. CNC prototype of high tenacity. Prototype can be made
in PA and PP, which should be processed entirely.
5. Transparent CNC prototype. There many materials which
can be chose such as PMMA, transparent ABS, transparent PC.
These prototype is of the same effect of real product.
6. The surface effect of prototype can be divided into painting,
plating, polishing, silk-screen,pad printing and so on. The painting
of prototype can be divided into glossy,matt, texture,
transparent color,semi-transparency,fluorescence color,
rubber oil.
