The Prototype with High Glossy Effect
The prototype with high glossy effect is that the surface of
prototype will be much more bright and gloss through some technology.
Both plastic prototype and metal prototype can achieve high glossy effect.
But different material require different technology.
For ABS material, it just need high-polish to reach glossy effect.
For prototype made from resin material by 3D printing,
it need to spray gloss painting to reach glossy. It can not be exposured
to UV machine, because it is easy to deform once exposured to
ultraviolet irradiation. For other plastic material plastic, such as PC,
PMMA, they must be sprayed gloss paint and then exposured to
UV machine to reach high glossy effect.
Moreover, electroplating and water plating can reach high glossy effect.
