Four Big Technology of Prototype manufacturing
1. CNC processing centre. CNC is the programming of machine tool
of computer digital controlled to mill the whole material.Mastercam
system is used by CNC which is mainly used to controll the tool route
of CNC.CNC milling machine is specialized to machine some irregualr
materials and turning-lathe is specialized to machine some round materials.
CNC machine can process some big workpieces. The maximum dimension
can reach 1800*900*600. It is relatively cheaper than SLA and satisfy
a great variety of prototype.CNC is the most extensively machined method
in domestic. The main materias are ABS, PC,PMMA,Aluminum an Copper.
The advantage of CNC prototype are good toughness, low cost, wide
materials to choose.
2. Vacuum Casting ( vacuum infusion). Silicone mold is manufacrured
under vacuum state according to sample. The PU material is poured under
vacuum state. The parts poured is much more stronger than the sample.
If customers require several sets or dozens of sets, vacuum casting can
reduce manufacturing cost. The prototype manufactured by vacuum
casting would have a little shrink. The manufacturing cost of vacuum
casting is cheaper than CNC. The material of vacuum casting are
common PU, transparent PU, rubber PU.
3.SLA laser molding. UV-light is controlled by computer.
It is high accuracy, high speed.SLA save the cost of manual
work,is easy to program but the expensive SLA machine,
high cost and insufficient tenacity.
4. Surface finishing
After more than ten years accumulation, Leecheer possess very rich
and comprehensive technoloy including spray paint, silk-screen,
laser engrave, plating, anodizing, brushing, high-light effect, carved
mud, relief, lathe, milling machine, sand blasting.
