For CNC machining center, it is too important to choose the good jig , because in the CNC 
machining center, the task of the fixture is not only the to clamp the workpiece, but also confirm
the zero point of the workpiece programming,refer to all directions of locating surface.
Generally the parts processing on the CNC machining center is very complicated. The parts in 
the fixture,need rough milling, rough chamber, and pure iron, precision bore, need a wide variety
of tools, which requires the jig can bear large cutting force, and to meet the requirements of 
positioning accuracy. Whereas the automatic tool changer (ATC) function of the processing center
determined that cannot use the support in the processing,and the requirements to the position 
detection and the knife components,processing center.The structure is more compact,simple,
quicker,reduce the auxiliary time ,operate convenient,energy saving,safe,and ensure enough 
rigidity,and can be flexible than the normal machine.
For the personnel daily operate the processing center, if want to applied the fixture reasonable,
first need to has a profound understanding and grasp the processing characteristics of CNC 
machining center ,at the same time pay attention to the following questions:
1.The accuracy of the processing parts
2.Batch size
3.Manufacturing cycle
4.Manufacturing cost
At present,the commonly used fixture structure types are special fixture, modular fixture; adjustable
 fixture and holder in groups.
