The manufacturing method of complex mode soft rubber prototype

Silicone mode is one kind of prototype manufacturing method,the advantage is fast, less cost,
 little processing failure rate.By making use of one silicone mold can copy more than 20 
pieces of the same product .The material can be: ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, POM, high temperature 
resistant material, soft rubber, silicone rubber and so on.
Manufacturing silicone mode steps can be divided into three 
1.Prototype
Before making silicone mold, need to make prototype .Prototype can use common ABS 
material, CNC machining.
2.Silicone mode
After preparing the prototype,start to make the silicone mode.After 8 hours mummification,
cut open the silicone mold,take out the prototype .Now the silicone mode is finished .
3.Injection
Inject the liquid resin material into the silicone mold,after mummification is OK.The
 service life of the silicone mold is about 10 times.
