The application of the ABS material is very abroad in prototype industry, mainly because the
 strength of this engineering plastic is better,and it has good toughness, therefore it is the 
most appropriate processed by CNC numerical control machine .If do some home appliance
 shell, the effect is very shine,can compare with the finished products after fuel injection and 
silk screen .These effects has very good show on many products , some prototype or some 
test function product made of these has  received recognition of industrial products.
Maybe it is related to the price of engineering plastics, the ABS material is generally 17-23
 yuan /kg.If make prototype, always use a large piece of material carved directly by CNC to
 be a product, subsequent artificial fine polishing, assembly structure, spray color, the effect 
can be very good displayed.
Also there are some other materials,but the rest of the materials are generally have special 
applications.Take POM material for example, will according the toughness of the POM material 
adjust the toughness of the product ,or according to some gear products manufacturing to 
completed some different products to make a satisfactory gear box. PC material is also a 
good choice, when make function orientation ,the PC material is take advantage of the 
different transparency requirements of the products. to do.
