1.Control medium
Control medium is the carrier to store CNC prototype information , it can be perforated tape,
tape and disk, etc. CNC numerical control processing information including part process,
machining parts, the position of the tool relative to the workpiece and machine tool motion
control instruction, etc., they are recorded into the information carrier in accordance
with the relevant provisions of the format and code ,namely control medium.
2.Numerical control device
Numerical control device is the core of the CNC machine tools, modern CNC machine tool by
using the computer numerical control (CNC) system. Numerical control device generally
consists of input, information processing and output three parts. Control medium through
input unit (such as punch tape reading machine, tape machine, disc machine, etc.) to
input,then change to the information that can be recognized, through the information
processing units in accordance with the provisions of the program,and then processing
the received information(such as the interpolation calculation, the cutting tool
compensation, etc.), the prototype model through the output unit issued a directive to
the servo system, such as position and speed so as to realize all kinds of control functions.
3.Servo system
Servo system is to put all kinds of instructions from the nc devices, prototype model
converted into machine tool drive actuator movement parts. It includes the spindle drive
unit and feed drive unit, spindle motor and feed motor, etc.
