The Technology of Prototype--Anodized Treatment
Anodized treatment adopt manual method to make aluminum to
have a layer of oxidation film (Al2O3) and add different color ,
which can improve abrasive resistance of aluminum and
extend service life and increase colour and lustre.
The basic process of anodized treament include polished,
anodized, hydrated hole sealing and organic coating.
The aluminum anodization: Under natural conditions,
the surface of aluminum cam keep a layer of oxidation film
with 10～100 angstrom. Artificial oxidation film can be
comtrolled between 0.5--250 mm according to different purpose.
There are two methods to form Artificial oxidation film--
chemical oxidation and electrochemical oxidation( Anodization).
Chemical oxidation: after cleaning treatment, the aluminum
or aluminium alloy is put into oxidizing solution with
oxidizing agent and active agent to form a layer of oxidation film.
Electrochemical oxidation( Anodization) : the aluminum or
aluminium alloy is put into sulfuric acid, oxalic acid or
chromic acid. The aluminium acts as anode and plumbum acts as cathode.
