CNC prototype industry is a new industry arisen recently. Most people
are unfamiliar with CNC prototype. Simply speaking, CNC prototype is
sample which is used to testify the structure,dimension before product
come out. If the samples are very nearly the same as expected products,
the product can be manufactured in volume production. Now Leecheer prototype
company introduce the technological process of CNC prototype manufacturing.
1. Receive the 3D drawing from customers
The 3D drawing should be provided by customers to manufacture CNC prototype.
2. Programming
The programming personnel write the parameters according to drawing to gudie
the CNC manchine to mill prototype.
3. CNC computer milling: CNC machining equipment mills material according to
the programming . So that the embryonic form of prototype come into being.
4. Surface treatment of postprocessing
Hand processing :the Polishing and assembly of the embryonic form of prototype
form all parts into finished product.
Painting spraying: Required color from customer is being sprayed on the surface of prototype.
Silk-screen: Wording or pattern are impressed by silk-screen.
Pad printing: Printing on rough surface.
Laser etching: Removing the oil on the surface with laser to make some position
light transmittance. ( such as the mobile telephone keyboard, lens.)
Plating: In order to highlight some details. The prototype must be very soomth and
without any impurity and trace, and then soaking in chemical liquid medicine.
( water plating and vacumm plating)
