The development direction of rapid prototyping technology

1.Molding precision will get further improvement
The precision of the rapid prototyping mostly around 0.1 mm, from the aspects of height 
precision , it is difficult to conform to the standard.There are two reasons to affect the molding 
precision.One is after transformed by taking  use of 3D CAD model,get the STL format file,
and the error may occur when make section treatment.The other one is when molding, it may
occur buckling deformation;after molding,there will appear some moisture,temperature going
 into,and the innerstress will change,these reasons will cause the precision is inaccuracy.If 
we can solve the above problems,it is very helpful to improve the precision.
2.Develop new material constantly
Now the physical performance of many rapid prototyping material is not good,it is difficult to 
achieve the requirements of functional and half functional parts,until after make after treatment.
Because material technology development is professional,most rapid prototyping material are
 very high,also will increase the production cost.So we need to increase the development ability
 of the rapid prototyping material,improve the performance of the new material,reduce costs,it 
is very helpful for the development of rapid prototyping technology.
3.Establish standardization scale
There is no unified standard and scale can be reference of the present rapid prototyping
 technology ,it hindered the application of this technology to some extent.So we must establish
 standardization scale in the future development, so that is conducive to China's independent 
intellectual property rights of rapid prototyping equipment get bigger international market share.
The above development directions is the focus of the rapid prototyping technology in our country,
 very important for our rapid prototyping development , directly affect the future market and industry
 development.
