Low-pressure perfusion molding principle is: the liquid bicomponent materials according
to certain proportion through the low pressure injection equipment sent to the mixing
mechanism.After impact and mixing,inject to the mold under 4-5MPa low pressure.After
mixing,the bicomponent material at a rapid response ,after mixing,cross bonding,and curing.
After demoulding becomes a fully cured product.In order to ensure the material fully curing,
reduce the deformation of products, generally after completion of injection, need to move the
mold to the oven to cure.According to the technological requirements,the mold and material
all need to be heated before injection.Currently the used materials is given priority to with
polyethylene ammonia. According to the different ratio of raw material,the properties similar
to PP, ABS and PS.Low-pressure perfusion molding besides can use the silicone mold,
also can use polyethylene ammonia mold,resin mold,and other mixed type mold. Such
as:silicone +resin mold,poly n vinegar + resin mold and so on.
