The Characteristic of Processing and Making of CNC Prototype
Firstly, the technological characteristics of CNC machining center.
Its characteristic is that it try to finish multiple operation such as
milling,drilling, boring, hinging, tapping in one clapping as far as
possible. It adapts large cutting parameters.
The materials of CNC prototype: ABS, POM, PMMA, MC, PC , PP,
BT, PVC, aluminium alloy and copper.
Secondly, the notice when ensuring process program:
(1) Machining content of CNC machining center should be confirmed.
The installing cardinal area, manching cardinal area and machining
allowance of workpiece also should be ensured. Manufacturing
procedure should be arranged with the purpose of developing efficiency
of CNC machining center.
(2) About the complicated parts, the piece will be out of shape when processing .
So all working procedures are difficult to finished at a time. The second and the
more than one times of claping can be considerated.
(3) When manufacturing procedure, the principle from roughness to precision
should be followed. Firstly, the working allowance of heavy cut,rough machining
and removing workblank should be arranged. And then the part without high
procision should be arranged.
The cooling method of large flows should be adapted, which can reduce
the mass heat affected the machining accuracy. In order to improve tool life,
the cooling method of large flows should be adapted actively.
