The Differences between Precision Machining and Rough Machining of CNC Machining
Firstly, the surface finish of CNC processing part is closely associated with machining
precision. If the surface of part is very rough, the dimensional accuracy and shape and
place precision would be low precision.
Secondly, when the part is manchined by the CNC manchine, the surface of part is
directly touched by CNC parts. The usage of many parts are focused on the surface
quality ( such as sliding bearing and the contact surface of axile).
Thirdly, machining allowance shoule be check out before rough manchining.
The enough and reasonable margin should be left for precision machining when
rough manchining. The location of right base level should be accurate when
precision manchining.
Finally, the surface quality of CNC processing part will affect the usage of parts.
The defective surface will affect performance of part. For example, a tiny crack on
the surface maybe extend when using and finnally caused the part breakage.
