1.Rolling finish
Can take advantage of the sudden fire and after fine grinding roller or ball, rolling to the
prototype model surface under the normal temperature , it will appear the plastic deformation
after rolling, the roughness of the prototype surface can be effectively improved .Besides,
cold hard layer and residual compressive stress also can effectively enhance its bearing
capacity and fatigue strength.
2.shot peening strengthening
It take use of the shot bead with fast speed to impact the prototype surface ,make it appear
cold hard layer and residual compressive stress,it can improve the fatigue strength of parts
and use time obviously. The material of the shot bead can be iron cast.Some parts if processed
from aluminum material ,in order to avoid the above some iron particles result in corrosion
problems, better to use aluminum shot or glass shot.This reinforcement technology is especially
suitable for application in some more complex, cannot use other methods to finish.
3.Diamond calender technology
It take use of cylindrical or spherical diamond to make calender processing to the prototype
surface.Through this process can make the surface of the workpiece surface good quality
and efficiency effectively improved , also can make the prototype has better fatigue strength.
All kinds of processing technology can improve the performance of prototype model,when
processing we can find a more appropriate method direct at application situation and the
existence of defects ,the prototypes can be effectively improve in all respects.
