The superiority of CNC prototype processing
Nowadays, the main processing methods of prototype are CNC processing,
3D printing, die-casting,SLA,SLS and so on. However,, CNC prototype still
occupies half of industry of prototype . This is because CNC prototype possesses
its own superiority.
1. High production efficiency. Programming software should have fast
computation speed. Lathe possesses the ability of high precision and
high-speed, so it can promote production efficiency greatly.
2. High precision. The precision of CNC machining center can reach ten
thread. That is 0.1mm.
3. Many parts which can not be machined or hard to be machined by
traditional lathe, can be machined by CNC machine.
4. High degree of automation. It can release many workload of operating
personnel. Many employees can operate two machines by a person, which
can reduce the labor cost of company.
5. Well-adapted and good flexibility. CNC machine can machine the part with
complex and uncontrol dimensions.
