Requirements of CNC Prototype Manufacture
CNC Prototype manufacture is an important link for r&d department to
test the appearance and structure of new product. Because of fast speed
and low cost, it reduce largely the development expenses ,time, and risks
of product. Prototype can meet the performance test during product
development process. When manufacturing, customers should provide
two-dimensional drawing, 3D drawings, prototype list.
Matters needing attention of prototype manufacture
1. Conventional prototype. This kind of prototype usually made by ABS,
because it is easy to process and post-processing of prototype will be
much pretty.
2. Prototype of heat resistance. There are many materials can be chose
such as epoxy resin, Bakelite,black PC and PA. Except black PC can be
spliced, the other three should be processed entirely.
