The secondary processing of the plastic prototype

The design process of the general plastic prototype as below:
1.The plastic prototype design make structure position according customer's product( including 
the parting side, pattern draft, structure), send the assembly drawing to the customer for 
confirmation, at the same time put forward the amendments suggestions of the product 
design which can't be processed or other problems.
2.According customer's feedback,build the 3D mould(Read the customer's assignment 
book carefully,know the product shrinkage, the specifications of the standard parts, into
plastic form,etc)
3.Purchasing steel and standard parts,order mould base.
4.Make the 2D drawing,parts drawing,then handover to the site to process.
5.Must be timely tracking site processing, solve the problems in the processing (no one
can design a set of mould successfully with one time , it will optimize the design in order 
to make the process reasonable, good design can control the problem at the lowest level 
surely.)
6.Trial mould,Need to adjust and re-optimize the plastic mould according the trial mould result.
7.Amend the mould according customer's changed design.
8.Manage and archive the file, a smart designer will put together some good structure,manage
 and save as their own things.
