In the process of manufacturing,assembly,and usage ,the mechanical damage often happened
due to improper operation .If without protection,will affect the model quality,sometimes ,need to
repair before using.
For injection mould, when the main gate material can't be pulled out, should use pure copper
bar to push out instead of steel bar, because the steel bar is easy to damage the gate; the
cavity surface is not allowed to touch attack with hard objects, because even the small type
surface scars can also make products surface with unnecessary defects.
The most common situation for example,need to use crowbar to open mould instead of
using hammer to knock upper and down mold base.It is not only convenient ,but also
protect the surface of the mould surface.
