Aluminum alloy prototype is one of the widely used non-ferrous metal structure materials in

processing.
Aluminum alloy is divided into two broad categories: casting aluminum alloy, used in as-cast,

and copper alloy, aluminum and magnesium alloy, zinc alloy and AL-RE alloy. The deformation

strengthening type aluminum alloy can improve the mechanical properties through the quenching
and aging heat treatment methods, it can be divided into hard aluminum, forging, super-hard 
aluminum and special aluminum alloy, etc.
Machinery manufacturing widely use aluminum alloy to make wheels, pulleys, centrifuge, ventilator,
crane and pump parts, piston engine and cylinder, etc. This is because the aluminum alloy not only
with light density, but also can meet required strength,can reduce the energy consumption in 
operation,and prolong life.Because the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy is good,the chemical
industry often use aluminum alloy to make all kinds of corrosion resistant equipment and storage 
containers.In architecture,often use aluminum alloy to be column,frame,doors,windows,roof,metope,
etc.Aluminum and aluminum alloy are also widely used in daily life and decoration,such as cooking 
utensils,food storage and packaging, musical instruments, etc.
