The acceleration and deceleration form of the CNC divide into rectilinear and diamond shape.
When the diamond shape make acceleration and deceleration,the acceleration itself also
has a process of increasing and decreasing, speed smooth, impact is small, but the lag
of the speed instruction is bigger;The acceleration and deceleration of the rectilinear
change quickly, the precision of the parts contour is high, but would lead to shock if the
time constant set to too small, cause the vibration of the machine.So general machine
will set the fast moving to diamond shape acceleration and deceleration, feed speed
execute the rectilinear shape acceleration and deceleration.The speed variation can
be divided into acceleration stage, the normal operation stage and deceleration stage.
If processing step length is less than required accelerate distance, must slow the
speed before reach the set feed speed ,so that limit the increase of the actual feed
rate ,difficult to meet the processing requirement.
