SLA technological process

The process step of the Stereo lithography Appearance including data preparation,layering 
model, prototype building construction and subsequent processing.
Data preparation.
Convert various kinds of modeling file into stereo lithography appearance machine required
 STL standard file formats through data processing system , lists the support in the process
 of the gear model data processing and the related parameters of the STL.
Layering model.
First, check and repair the STL file format ,and select or optimize the direction of molding, so 
that to make the object conveniently and accurately.This process also including the selection
 of slice thickness,construction mode ,scanning speed, scanning mode, radius compensation,
 etc.The selection of the layered parameters have a great influence on  modeling time  and the
 model quality.
Prototype building.
Liquid photopolymer scanned by the laser beam to produce polymerization reaction, after curing
 to section contour, the workbench plate down a layer height,the liquid polymers in the liquid tank
 flow through the cured section contour, curing again to the new scan covered liquid polymer, 
repeat until completion of the whole parts molding .The gear machining process including 
scanning speed and the way of related process parameters.
Subsequent processing.
After finishing the process, remove the model from the workbench and cleaning, then test and 
make subsequent processing.If there is some resin didn't cured completely , must with strong 
ultraviolet radiation to irradiate, make it completely curing.Besides, the support structure of the 
model must also be removed and repaired, also need to make sand blast processing for the
 higher requirements model.
