The mold processing quality including processing precision and surface quality
Processing precision refers the coincidence between the geometrical parameter of the surface
parts actual size,shape,position after processed and the geometrical parameter which the
drawing required. The ideal geometric parameters, for size, it is average size; For surface
geometry ,it is absolute round, cylindrical, flat, cone and straight line, etc.; For mutual position
between the surface,it is absolutely parallel, perpendicular, coaxial, symmetry, etc. The deviation
value between the parts actual geometric parameters and the ideal geometric parameter called
machining error.
Machining precision and machining error are evaluating surface geometric parameters term. The
machining precision use tolerance grade to evaluate ,the level value smaller,its precision is higher;
machining error expressed by numerical error,the greater the value, the error is bigger. Machining
precision is high means the machining error is small.
Any actual parameters gained from the processing method are not absolutely accurate, look from
the function of the parts, as long as the machining error within the limits of tolerance of the part
drawing requirements,it has ensured the machining accuracy.
The machine quality depends on the parts machining quality and assembly quality of the machine,
