1.Size accuracy
Refers to the consistent degree between the actual size and tolerance of the parts size after
processed.
The size precision is controlled by the size tolerance .Size tolerance is the allowed change
volume in machining .Under situation of same size,the smaller the size tolerance,the high
size precision.
2.Shape accuracy
Refers to the consistent degree between the actual parts surface shape and the ideal shape
after processed.To evaluate the shape precision of the project including the 6items: the
straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, contour . Shape precision is controlled by the
shape tolerance.The shape tolerance,except roundness and cylindricity divided into 13
precision grade,others are 12 .The first one is the highest,and the 12 level is the lowest.
3.Position accuracy
Refers to the precision difference between the surface and actual location after processed.
To evaluate the location precision of the project including the parallel degree, vertical degree,
slope, alignment, symmetry, position, degrees, round beating and whole beating . Location
precision is controlled by position tolerance ,the position tolerance also divided into 12 precision
grade.
