The manufacturing material ratio of the silicone prototype model

In prototype model process industry,in addition to the widely used plastic material process,we 
also can use silicone material to process.The advantage of the silicone prototype model is :
Silica gel thin viscosity, easy to operate, non-deformation,shrink resistant, easy to open mold, 
the mold surface is smooth, the simulation effect is good.
Silica gel is a kind of flow liquid ,the first group is silica gel, and the second group is curing 
agent ,the addition of the curing agent is usually two percent to three percent.For example, 
take 100g silica gel from the first group, 2g solid agent,add curing agent into silica gel, and 
make sure to mixing uniformity.Please note: the proportion of curing agent and the silica gel 
must be weighed correct on the electronic scale.According to the local temperature,can add 
curing agent by this proportion at 25 degrees Celsius.If the local temperature is 10 degrees 
Celsius, the addition of curing agent can add up to five percent at most.If the local temperature
 about 5 degrees Celsius below zero, the curing agent and silicone does not react no matter
 add how much curing agent , will not curing long time. If the local temperature between 38 to 
45 degrees Celsius, the same quality silica gel and  curing agent,only need to add one percent.
