Low-pressure perfusion molding process is different from traditional injection molding process.
Low-pressure perfusion molding process have physical forming solidification and heat transfer
process, also have the process of chemical polymerization and cross-linking reaction . The
process is not only determined by the reaction kinetics and thermodynamics, also affected by
physical conditions.
The characteristics are as below:
1.Because materials injection is under the low pressure , mold filling time is longer than the
other.
2.After material filled, because of the two-component materials polymerization and
cross-linking reaction, will further raise the material temperature.
3.Compared with the filling slope of time, curing time is very long. During the forming
process, material curing accounted for most of the time.
4.The formed material is in the nature of thermosetting
5.Materials injection under the low pressure , apply only to forming structure workpiece
which relatively simple , especially the simple imitation workpiece which the height size
is far less than the length and width size .
