Description of the working procedure of CNC milling machine
 
   CNC milling machine is developed on the basis of common milling machine.
 Both of them have similar  machining technology and structure.Besides the
 characteristics possessed by common milling machine, CNC milling machine 
also has its own advantage. With more than ten years’ experiences, Leecheer Prototype
 Company analyze the working procedure of CNC milling machine according to the
 characteristic of it. 

 1. Working procedure is divided by location of clapping. This way is suitable for simple
 work-piece. It mainly divide into several to machine. For example, when CNC milling 
machining shape, inner cavity is machined by clamping.

2. Working procedure is divided by precision machining and rough machining. When CNC
 milling machining to the parts easy to be distortional, it should take factors of working accuracy
 and deformation into consideration. It can be machined according to the principle of separation 
of  precision machining and rough machining. That is rough machining first and precision 
machining later.

3. In order to reduce the distance of the time of tool changing, it can be divided by the
 principle of tool concentration.  

The division of working procedure is on the basis of the structure requirement , the installation
 way, machining technique of work-piece and the performance of CNC milling machine. At present, 
the machining of CNC milling machine associates with computer, which is the modern 
advanced manufacturing technology. It can precise estimate the control information, which is 
easy to achieve the standard of machined information.
