   Leecheer Prototype Company tells you something about painting of CNC prototype. 
Before painting, prototype should be polished. When polishing, our technician would
 polish the prototype  according to the surface requirement ( high gloss, matt, texture) 
of our clients. Technician also check that clear angle finished or not. The trace of 
adhesion can’t be exposed too obviously. Before painting, prototype should be sprayed
 dust to check its surface. Customers should provide us Pantone numbers, which is
 international standard. This is a qualitative standard to color. General speaking, professional
 spray factory should have a Pantone Colour Chart. What we need is the Pantone number provided
 by customers.

        However, some prototypes are difficult to be painted, such material POM,and PP. Prototype
 made in POM and PP can not be paint very firm. It is easy to fall. So basically prototype made 
in POM or PP are not painted.
