resin, the paint adhesion is not good ,the glossiness effect is not good. After the completion

The workpiece processed by CNC,the material PP and POM material is not suitable for
surface spraying treatment,the material have no paint adhesion.Before spraying paint,
we need to make sand paper burnish,there are coarse sand and fine sand paper.Can
spray water while burnishing,and the use fine sand paper to burnish last time.And then
make sand blasting, spray the bottom ash.If the surface is glossy treatment,we need
to burnish to finer,then spray a layer of primer for burnishing.
Leecheer prototype factory according the specific manufacturing condition and the
difference of the surface processing to adopt physical method.The main purpose
is to eliminate the control factors which influence the process quality and cycle
during chemical processing, maintenance the life of the chemicals.
For example,to make manual scrub and removing mainly by steel wire brush and
emery cloth to the handling new product with oil ,rust ,iron piece,rust piece,free rust ,
too thick scale cinder and cannot pickling surface product, use compressed air to
clean dust after treatment.Reduce the consumption of oil and rust removal fluid,avoid
the wastage of the workpiece before processing, shortening the period of chemical
processing, improve the service life of the treatment fluid.
If want to remove the oil,need to swab with fully diluted removal fluid, organic solvent
(such as gasoline banana oil) is strictly prohibited,to avoid pollution and affect the oil
removal quality.
