Realize the Glossy Effect on the Surface of CNC Plastic Prototype

If the CNC plastic prototype need to realize the glossy effect on the surface.
The following methods.

1. Spraying 1K ground coat paint on the surface of CNC prototype.
1K ground coat paint generally is used for painting light color, which can add
finishing coat to mix up corresponding ground coat paint , which can improve
the covering power of ground coat paint. If you are dissatisfied with 1K ground
coat paint, 2K ground coat paint is you best choice. 2K ground coat paint can greatly
improve the the effect of glossy surface.

2. UV glossy  processing.
The surface of CNC palstic prototype will stick to a soomth and transparent effect
after they are work with sparying and UV glossy processing. When doing glossy
processing, the surface of prototype should be sprayed a UV oil and  then go through
UV machine and exposed to UV light.Expecially noted, the success rate of UV glossy
processing is very low. If the technology is not good, the surface will break. So the work
should be careful when UV glossy  processing.

There are two methods to realize the Glossy Effect on the Surface of CNC Plastic Prototype.
