ABS material is a kind of thermoplastic type polymer material with high strength,good 
toughness and easy processing forming.Usually have two kinds colors light yellow and
 black, with certain toughness, and the density is about 1.04 ~ 1.06 g/cm3.Its ability of 
resistance to acid,alkali,salt corrosion is strong, also can be tolerated of organic solvent 
solution in a certain extent .
ABS resin is normal under the temperature of -25 centigrade to 70 centigrade,and have 
very good formability, the surface of the processing product is bright and clean, easy to
 dyeing and plating.Good impact resistance :when suffer sudden attack only produce 
ductile deformation.Long service life: it can be used fifty years indoor , the life will be 
longer if buried in the ground or water, and with no obvious corrosion.The chemical 
properties of this product is stable, Non-toxic, tasteless, fully comply with the health
 safety requirements of pharmaceutical and food industries .High working pressure : 
the pressure is 1.0 Mpa in normal temperature.Temperature range is big: the 
temperature range is -20 centigrade to 70 centigrade.It is light,can save investment.
The weight of ABS is one seventh of the steel,so that reduce the weight of the structure,
also reduce the labor intensity of the workers,cut down the consumption of the raw 
material,greatly save the project investment.So it can be used in home appliance 
shell, toys and other daily necessities.
