2.Sign the processing agreement, scheduling plan date
3.Make together the match colors according to the design during model manufacturing.
4.Make the transparent part according the drawing requirements material,keep the inside wall
smooth, cannot have machine processing knife grain.
5.The structure of plastic flexible,can be used as whole product.
6.The designers need to communicate with prototype workers pre-production.
7.Be sure of the forming technology and process of the designed products,won't because of the
parts too hard process to modify the design .
8.The prototype factory can prepare in advance,prevent inconsiderate in haste,affect time limit
for the project.
9.Before spraying the paint ,should consider the difference between the thickness of the paint
and the drawings requirements.
10.Before processing shoulder consider the margin of roughing and finishing, prevent from
cracking and the internal and external different heart ,and the processing texture of product
appearance.
11.The correct selection of the material before parts processing,the structure under high
temperature and low temperature change,the prototype workers should assist the structure
workers to modify.
12.There are structure workers measure and assembly after each prototype processing ,if
there is some problem of design,structure workers will revise,it cannot be back to prototype
group to reprocess until through the review.
