The product quality ,parts quality and assembly quality are closely related .The parts quality
is determined by the machining process quality and material quality,whereas the parts process
quality is determined by the process accuracy and surface quality.
The concept of machining accuracy
The machining accuracy refers to the conform degree of the actual geometric parameters after
parts processing ( size, shape and position of the surface) and the ideal geometrical parameters .
The deviation degree between the actual geometric parameters and the ideal geometrical
parameters is called machining error. The higher machining precision, the machining error is
smaller; Conversely, the machining errors is greater. So, the machining accuracy and machining
error is a problem of two kinds formulation. In order to guarantee and improve the processing
precision of parts, we must take measures to reduce the machining error,control it within the
allowance tolerance.
