Whether the material selection is reasonable will greatly affect the prototype life
and processing technic.According the different requirements of the structure ,
performance of the prototype, will make reasonable selection.
For example,the product need to be mirror.So the core need to choose the best material
of the prototype-P20 electroslag dissolved.This material through special craft
processing,can satisfy the finish requirements and processing requirements of the
prototype.The four slider material of the core is 45steel.due to the large size
of the prototype,it must normalizing treatment after forging blank,eliminate internal
stress,improve cutting machinability.Mixing to hb240-270 after rough handling,to make
sure its certain strength and stiffness.
The feedback information after prototype actual use will fully reflect the correctness
and necessity of the heat treatment process.Every parts need to work good,smooth
movement,the movable surface wear is small.To some extent,these decrease the difficulty
of the prototype maintenance,and prolong the service life of the prototype.
