The CAD system of prototype mold manufacturing

Many prototype factory design analysis software tool is not closely connected with CAD system.
On the contrary,these software need to pass hard data conversion from CAD system to reach the
 purpose of analysis application.This process is not only time-consuming, laborious ,also
 increase the risk of a mistake and caused the communication barriersbetween producers and 
 prototype model manufacturers.This prototype manufacturing technology is part of the CAD 
software package,or an additional application,the technology itself can analysis prototype
 making model components effective and reliable.
Control the impact strength of the fusion line, the two strands of plastic melt intersection formed 
fusion line in the mold internal.Fusion line is a dark grain or a ugly uplift depends on the resin, 
temperature and imitation film speed.From the aesthetic point of view, mold manufacturers try to
 make fusion line become minimum or hidden in the bottom of the products.In addition, fusion
 line will be the weak area of the products,leading to the failure of the whole design, especially the
 fusion line is located in high pressure area.Finite element analysis can show high pressure area, 
and expect the process of melt filling membrane , predict the position of the fusion line.Through 
these information,the designers of prototype factory can revise design plan in the software design
 process,make the fusion line in low pressure surface.The designer can also through the test of 
different raw materials to make fusion line as thin as possible.It is effective to save cost and time
 if control the fusion line in the early of designing.Design the components with pattern draft , need
 to ensure the injection molding of the parts and untrammeled release, the product surface and
 the Angle between the mould is the key problem.The guidelines of the design pattern draft will 
change according the surface, property, filling material and mold type.But in most cases, 2 
degree pattern draft can make the mold working well.
