Why need to design before prototype production?Because prototype can be assembled,it can
directly reflect whether the structure is reasonable or not, the difficulity of installation. To facilitate
problems early and solve problems,avoid the risk of directly open mould.
As the mould manufacturing charge is very high ,larger worth hundreds of thousands or even
millions, if found the structure is not reasonable or other problems in the process of openning
mould, the loss will very big. While the prototype production can avoid this loss,reduce the risk
of open mould.
In the early stage,because of the limitation of a variety conditions,most prototypes were made
by hand,it takes long time to make,and hard to meet the requirements of appearance and
structure size.The inspection appearance and inspection structure function also greatly reduced.
With the progress of science and technology, the prototype industry have rapid developed, provide
better technology support to the prototype manufacturing,make it accurately.Along with the social
competition increasingly fierce, the product development speed has increasingly become the main
contradiction of competition, and prototype manufacturing just can effectively improve the speed of
product development.
