1.Test structure design
As the prototype can be assembled ,it can directly reflect the structure reasonable or not, the
degree of difficulty of the installation. Easy to find and solve problems.
2.Avoid the risk of opening mold directly
Due to the generally high cost of mold production, big mold value of hundreds of thousands
and even millions, if found mold structure is irrational, or other problems in the process of
opening the mold, the loss can be imagined .Prototype production can avoid such losses,
and to reduce the risk of opening mold.
3.Inspection designed prototype is not only visible ,but also touchable.
It can reflect the desinger’s creativity intuitively by the forms of material object. Avoid the
drawbacks of “draw nice and do not good”. So the prototype production is essential in the
process of new product development and product shape deliberation.
4.Make the product available much earlier
Due the ahead time of prototype production, you can make use of the prototype to do product
publicity before opening the mold.And even pre-sales, production preparations and early
occupation of the market. The prototype technology is already quite mature now, the appearance
of the product almost the same as the product.A lot of manufacturers make use of the prototype
to attend the fair  to obtain orders,and then re-open mold production to minimize the risk.
