First ,customer provide 3D drawings to us,we will write the program which
CNC can recognize
according the 3D drawings.And then we will put the cutting plastic or metal material to the CNC
machine to process the parts shape of the 3D drawings.
Second,make the surface process such as remove billet peak,clear R angle, burnish ,injection
and silk screen of the sample blank after processing by CNC machine. Also can make some
special surface process such as plating,curving,bursh,and spray UV
