The rapid prototyping& manufacturing(RP& RPM) technology developed on the mid-1980s refers
the complex 3D solid prototypes or parts which directly drove by parts CAD models, and adopt
materials to accumulate accurately.
RP technology completely changed the production way of manufacturing, and become the
important part of the advanced technology. Its most important feature is the highly flexible
in manufacturing., means can directly drive finishing device parts or forming manufacturing
of parts prototype by the CAD model of the parts without any special tools.
 Organic combination of RE and RP technology become a powerful tool for manufacturing
enterprises to improve competitiveness. It plays a very important role in shortening the
development cycle of new products, reducing the cost ,promoting customized, development
of small batch and single piece processing mode.
 This technology is not only widely used in aerospace, automotive, mold industry , consumer
electronics, toys ,but also been applied in the field of human engineering ,clothing, digital
museum, art imitation and damaged repair medical.
