The production management characteristics of Prototype enterprises

Prototype developed fast in China,the machinery and equipment for the production are very 
advanced,most prototype enterprises still stay on the manual management, from the order
receiving - place an order - programming - CNC machining - manual post-processing - quality 
check - shipment, to finish every order is a piece of paper . Data relating to a set of orders can't 
be expressed clearly on a piece of paper. The advanced machine and equipment haven’t 
connect with the advanced management mode.As all the prototypes are not standard product,
the material waste during the production and low efficiency not suitable for the competition of 
prototype enterprise.

documentary personnel can follow up production just-in-time.Now there are management software
specialized for the prototype enterprises, has been promoted, played a great promoting role of the 
small and medium prototype development.
Prototype is the most suitable industry for management system , can bring enterprise's superiority 
into full play,plays a very important effect for the whole management process of the enterprises.
It is imperative to improve the prototype enterprise management method, keep an invincible position
in  the industry competition.
