Painting Spraying of CNC Prototype
A. The operation of shop primer
1. Before painting spraying, the substrate should be disposed to no-rust,
no oil pollution, and keeping clean.
2. Dedicated diluent should be used to applicable viscosity.
The painting should be used up during 8 hours.
3. One treak of painting is advised and the viscosity
should be 15-18s(-4#). The maximum dry film thickness is 25µm.
B. The operation of foundation coat
1. Before painting spraying, the substrate should be disposed
to no-rust,no oil pollution, and keeping clean.
2.Dedicated diluent should be used to applicable viscosity.
The painting should be used up during 8 hours.
3.Two streaks of painting is advised and the maximum dry film thickness
of each streaks is 35±5µm. The operating interval requires more than 20 minutes.
4. If they need to be polished, the environment temperature need
above 15℃ and proceed after 24 hours drying.
C. The operation of unsaturated polyester putty
1. After completely dry of the primer,the operation of unsaturated
polyester putty can be started.
2. Mixing up the putty in the bucket and deploying the curing agent.
The operation of blade coating can proceed.
3. The first streaks can be 15#. Two streaks can be scratched 11#
and three streaks can be scratched 15# to find flat.
