CNC prototypes for regular products: generally adopt the material of ABS, which is easily to be processed and the finished prototype looks more beautiful.

CNC prototypes for strong heat-resistant products, which can select the following materials:

epoxy resin
-
the bakelite
-
Black PC
-
PA(nylon)
These four materials used for prototypes cannot be bonded, except black PC, which can be bonded. The other three materials need to be processed overall.

Prototypes for strong wear-resistant products, we can use the material of POM or PA. These two materials can’t be bonded ,which need to be processed overall.

Prototypes for strong toughness products, we can choose PA or PP as materials. The both are can’t be bonded either, which need to be processed overall.

Prototypes for transparent products, we can use the material of PMMA, transparent ABS, transparent PC etc. The finished prototypes with these materials by polishing with high transparency can achieve the same effect as real products.

Surface treatment for prototypes can be divided into spray, electroplating, frosted, screen printing, pad printing, etc. The effects of spray is divided into smooth, matte, sand surface, transparent, translucent, fluorescent color, rubber oil, etc.
