The Advantage of CNC Machining
In general, there are four superiority of CNC machining:
1. High degree of automation and high production efficiency. Except clamping
workblank by hand, the rest machining process can be completed by CNC machine.
If CNC machine coordinate with automatic assemble and unassemble, this is the
basic components of no-man control factory. Numerical control machining relieve
the labour intensity of manipulator, improve working conditions. Reducing the
working procedure of lineation,several time clamping and location and detection
effectively improves production efficiency.
2. Well-adaption to processed object. When changed the processed object, except
changing cutter tool and solving the method of workblank clamping , it just need
reprogram and without any other complicated adjustment. This reduces the period
of production arrangements.
3. High machining accuracy and stable quality. The dimensional accuracy is between
0.005~0.1mm, which is not affected by complexity of parts. Because most of operation
is completed by machine, it can remove personal error and improve the corresponding
demension of batch parts. The lathe of precision control also adopt equipment of position
detection, which improve precision of numerical control machining.
4. CNC machine is easy to build connection with computer, wich is easy to realize group
control. The manchine tool is controlled by digital information, which is easy to connect
with computer-assisted system. So they will form CAD/CAM intergated system.
