Cold stamping is pressure on the punching machine for panel veneer or thermal material by 
making use of punching die under normal temperature. It is another kind of pressure processing
method by make it produce plastic deformation or separation to obtain the needed shape and 
size.The design process of cold stamping .
1.The design of the stamping process
The design of the stamping process is targeted at specific stamping parts .First from the aspect
of its production batch,shape and structure,size precision,to make the stamping process inspection,
forward modify opinion when necessary. Then according to the specific production conditions, 
analysis and study various aspects comprehensively,develop the technical and economic stamping
process plan.
2.The design of the stamping die 
The design of the stamping die is on the basis a of learning more about the stamping technical
requirements and then analysis the stamping process ,confirm the stamping process plan and
master the field production conditions,provide all the work process with manufacturing drawing
for the mold of the stamping parts.It based on the stamping process design,for the purpose of
good technical economy to realize the stamping process.
3.The manufacturing of the stamping mold
The manufacturing of the stamping mold is the process of the continuation of the mold design 
process,based on the stamping design drawing,through the process and assemble of the raw
material,turn into the molding tool with use function.Its process mainly including the three below
aspects: 
1)working parts( cavity and core)processing
2)Common ,standard and supplement processing
3)The assemble and mold testing of the mold
