The base material of CNC prototype

2. 475 weldwood, Phone, teflon and so on.
3. POM, PMMA,PC,PP,PA,BT,PVC and so on.
4. Aluminum, copper.
The material requirement of CNC prototype
1. The common material of prototype is ABS which is easy to machine and
the postprocessing also very pretty.
2. CNC prototype of high temperature resistance: epoxy resin,bakelite,
black PC, PA, nylon. Except black PC, other three material can not to
split to be machined.
3. CNC prototype of abrasive resistance ; POM or PA. These two
material can not be splite to be machined.
4. CNC prototype of high tenacity : PA or PP. These two material
can not be splite to be machined.
5. CNC transparent prototype ; PMMA, transparent ABS, transparent Pc.
The prototype need to be polished to reach the effect of real prodcut.
6. The surface treatment of CNC prototype is spraying, plating, polishing,
silk-screen, transfer printing. The surface effect of CNC prototype is
glossy surface,matte surface , texture surface, transparent color,
semitransparent,fluorescence color,rubber oil and so on.
