The scope of CNC prototype is very abroad. We also can say
that the product we can see in the market should be testified
with prototype before die-casting. On the one hand, CNC

At present, the CNC prototype can also be divided into four
categories: the household appliances prototype , digital prototype,
toy prototype and metal prototype. The technical requirements

the points of CNC digital prototype.
1. Precise dimension. There are many hand-hold product whose
volume is relatively small. It would have obvious distinction
with error 0.5mm. So such type of prototype requires tolerances
with ± 0.1mm.
2. Upscale painting. Both the chromatic aberration and the
texture have high requirement. The painting usually is metallic
paint.
3. Clear line. It is test the skill of polishing. The prototype is
prefessional or not, the polishing can play a great difference.
4. Professional spraying. The appearance of such prototype is
high requirement. The accuracy of color, then the thickness
of coating and texture of surface is dispensable.
5. Elaborate silk-screen. Elaboration includes small chromatic
aberration,accurate position, neat edge, suitable thickness
and good adhesion.
6. Tight assembly clearance. Employees should be assemble
the parts according to 3D drawing and 2D assemble drawing.
7. Strict quality check. Prototype is procedure organization to
control quality. Each working procedure should be
self-inspection.
