The four modes and techniques of the plastic prototype model manufacturing

1.CNC processing center
CNC processing center according the programmed to make direct processing,it is relatively
cheaper than laser rapid prototyping.The material selection of CNC prototype is abroad,size
is accurate,can make many kinds of prototypes.
2.Laser rapid prototyping:Including SLA and SLS
1)SLA laser prototyping is based on ultraviolet light under the computer control, according to 
the programmed beforehand to scan step by step, accumulate and cured.It is the closest to the 
design drawing,high precision,single speed is fast. (The weakness is the material is easy to 
brittle,need to make rapid mould to supplement, adapt to make set product prototype).
2)SLS (powder material selective laser sintering) is forming by use of powder material.Spread
the powder material on the surface of the formed parts,and leveling.Use the CO2 laser machine
with high intensity to scan the parts section ; the material powder was sintered together under
high intensity laser irradiation, get the cross section of the parts, and connect with the formed
parts ;When a layer of section finish sintering, spread a new layer of powder materials, selective
to sinter the lower section. (advantages: can use a variety of materials, manufacturing process
is simple, high precision, high material utilization ,the price is cheap, the cost is low; and
warping deformation is smaller than the SLA. Disadvantages: rough surface parts, particles is
large, need to manually polishing surface.)
3.Complex mode (vacuum infusion)
Vacuum complex mode is using original model, produce the silicone mold under the vacuum
state, and use PU material to cast,thereby to clone the same as the original sample, compared
to the original model ,it is with high temperature resistance, strength and hardness are better.If
the customer request to do a few sets or scores of prototypes, very suitable for using this 
method, greatly reduces the cost.
4.CNC prototype manual handling:
Random sampling to make polishing ,assembling after the above three steps.Can make delivery
after inspection.
