Hydrographics transfer printing.
Hydrographics transfer printing take advantage of the pressure of water and activating agent to
make the thin film ion the isotopic carrier of hydrographics transfer printing stripping and solution transfer.
Its basic procedure :
1. The printing of film: Printing all kind of different pattern on polymer film.
2. Primer spray
:Many materials must be painted an adhesive agent, such as metal, ceramics and
so on.
If different patterns need to be hydrographics transfer printing,
different backgroud skin color must be used,
such as wood grain like brown,
dark brown and earthy yellow, bat like white.
3. Extension of
film:Put the film on water level and wait the film ectend and smooth.
4. Activation:The
pattern on the tranferring film is activated by special solvent ( activating
agent)
to be printing ink condition.
5. Transferring
printing :the water pressure impresses the pattern after activation on the
workpiece.
6. Washing: The
impurity remained on workpiece is washed by wanter.
7. Stoving:Stoving
the workpiece. The temperature is decided by the primeness and melting point
of
workpiece.
8. Topcoating:The
transparent protective paint should be sparyed on workpiece.
9. Stoving:Drying
the surface of the finished workpiece.
