Prototype is a kind of model widely used in industrial design and production, at present, most of
the prototype factory used CNC machining center to realize.When produce the prototype,it mainly
through the following several steps:
1.Programming. Programming is the first step ,the programmers will analysis the 3d data of the
product, write the program language of the CNC machining center.
2. CNC machining. It is input the program language to the computer,make precision machining
through the program command .
3.Manual processing. After refurbished products, need to make the data proofreading ,as well as
the removal of the burrs, grinding process, these work can be done by manual .
4.Surface treatment. Through a variety of ways to implement the different surface effect of the
drawing,it mainly including paint and electroplating processing,also need to make the in individual
cases need to make anodic oxidation and surface brushed treatment.
5.Assembly. After processed the prototype,we need to assembly and testing the data,generally
need to try to assemble to guarantee the performance of the equipment before surface treatment.
6.Packing. We need to make the packing after testing the product.
However,the above works are relatively rough work steps, need to according the management way,
enterprise scale to decide when make the actual operation, choose a more appropriate way for
processing.
