Cage System injection molding technology

Cage System can cooling and heating injection molding tools surface accurately within a few 
seconds,in order to shorten the processing cycle and reduce energy consumption.And through
making more thinner parts to save cost,opened up a new widely application fields for the 
plastics industry .Especially in the large surface parts, such as bumper, consumer electronic
control panel, and auto exterior parts,etc.RocTool has already developed a more flexible
thermal forming system,it was set up a non conductive bakelite structure or cage in the
traditional steel mold, placed inside a conductive coil.By this way, even the ordinary mold
produced by ordinary mold factory can use this new thermal system.The conductive coil
has quick disconnect mechanism ,convenient to replace the mold in a few hours to 
complete the installation of the equipment.
